      IS EVERYTHING ON ECOHOLIC THREADS CRUELTY FREE?

      Yes, we take animal welfare and the environment very seriously. None of our products contain animal materials.

      IS EVERYTHING ON ECOHOLIC THREADS SUSTAINABLE?

      Yes. We conduct the needed research to source the best sustainable materials. Though we are aware that every product makes some impact on the environment, we strive to minimize it. Our mission is to make the world a little greener.

      WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

      Our products are made in different factories around the world. We have partner factories in the United States, France, Germany, and Bangladesh. All of our factories are FAIR-WEAR and GOTS-certified.

      WHAT IS GOTS-CERTIFIED?

      GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. Just like the FDA is the leading authority when it comes to drugs, GOTS is the leading global standard for organic textile processing. GOTS-certified merchants are committed (and are constantly monitored) to adhere to the highest environmental and social standards. This means that the product and its production process are environmentally safe, and that employees enjoy a safe work environment and sufficient working conditions.

      WHAT IS THE FAIR-WEAR FOUNDATION?

      FAIR-WEAR is an independent non-profit organization that was founded in order to resolve the troubling issue of factory workers' conditions in the fashion industry. These workers often face inhumane working conditions such as: no vacation days, hazardous work environment, constant harassments, and extremely low wages. 

      FAIR-WEAR works with brands that are committed to safeguard workers' rights. FAIR-WEAR helps brands use their power to improve the lives of the people who make their products.

      Shipping

      DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

      Yes. We are on a mission to make it easier for you to reduce your impact on the planet, no matter where you are! We have warehouses in Europe, Asia, Australia, and USA that help us reduce shipping time and the shipment's impact on the environment. 

      HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

      Your order will usually take 5-20 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location and the item you ordered, once your order is dispatched. Shipments may get delayed from time to time as we depend on many factors along the supply chain. In the rare case of a delay, you are welcome to send us an email with your order's details and we will sort it out for you.

      You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 1 to 7 business days of ordering. 

      Please note delivery times may vary according to your country’s custom restrictions.

      WHERE IS MY ORDER?

      You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 7 business days after we receive your order.

      HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

      You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery.

      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING IS STUCK

      Please bare with us. Sometimes courier digital systems are faulty and do not provide the full picture. We have seen many cases in which the tracking was stuck but the package arrived in time as expected.

      In case you think the package should have already arrived, please follow these steps:

      Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.

      Step 2: If you can not find out anything, contact our Customer Service department by sending an email to support@ecoholicthreads.com and provide your shipping address again. We will try investigate the issue with our partners.

      Step 3: If the items have arrived at your destination country - they are with local post of your country and most likely at your nearest post office. In an event of loss of merchandise while the items have arrived at destination country, we will not be responsible.

      Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $5 (US). Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

      WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

      In order to reduce the shipment's environmental impact, we have fulfillment centers across the globe in Asia, Europe, USA and Australia. Your order will most likely be shipped from the closest fulfillment center. However, we cannot guarantee as some items may be missing from some fulfillment centers.

      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

      Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. 
      Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

      We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

      HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?

      Ecoholic Threads™ processes payments using the iCount payment gateway. iCount is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by iCount to prevent fraud.

      Orders

      CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

      We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

      CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

      Yes, in some cases. You can read our full refund policy here.

      WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

      We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through Contact Us tab.

      As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website and include the details of the issue along with photo (if applicable). If 7 days have gone by since your product receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      WHAT IS ORGANIC COTTON?

      Traditional cotton is devastating for the environment. It is one of the world's most polluting crops. It is produced from genetically-modified seeds. It requires massive amounts of water and synthetic pesticides. Its production process emits high levels of CO2 and damages the fertility of the soil. 

      Organic cotton, on the other hand, is produced from 100% natural seeds. Organic cotton production requires much less water and no synthetic pesticides. Organic cotton farmers also use crop rotation methods that actually replenish the soil. This also results in fewer CO2 emissions.

      So, the difference in the environmental impact is huge. Ecoholic Threads™ is committed to use only earth-friendly materials.

      IS MY ITEM RECYCLABLE?

      Yes. Organic cotton is a natural plant, thus recyclable. Please do note that some of our items also contain recycled polyester, which is recyclable too. If your item contains both organic cotton and recycled polyester, it may be required to be dropped to a separate recycling container.

      IS MY ITEM BIODEGRADABLE?

      If your item is made of 100% organic cotton then yes, it is biodegradable. Note that some our items also contain a small percentage of recycled polyester, which is not biodegradable. However, it recyclable.
